The registration fee includes the congress materials, coffee-breaks and lunch

Senior (Non Member): 250€

Junior (under 35y) (SPB Member): 100€
Junior (under 35y) (Non Member): 130€

Student (SPB member): 65€
Student (Non Member): 100€

Late Fees (after October 31st)

Senior: 300€
Junior (under 35y): 150€
Student: 150€

In all cases, the registration fee for one day attendance is 50% the values above.

  1. Sign up in (you will receive a confirmation email to finish your sign up)
  2. After login in go to “SPB 2020 XXI Nacional Congress of Biochemistry
  3. On the right side of the page choose “Register”
  4. (Optional if you want to submit abstract) On the right side of the page choose “Submit Abstract”
  5. After registration choose “Confirm Registration”
  6. After you confirm your registration you will be given the amount payable according to the options you selected in the option “Confirm payment”.

Na eventualidade de não ser possível manter o formato presencial, este congresso passará automaticamente para formato digital, a decorrer nas mesmas datas e mantendo o programa o mais próximo possível do atual.
Nesse caso, haverá redução dos valores de inscrição a publicar brevemente. Se já pagou a sua inscrição, será reembolsado(a) da diferença relativa aos valores da mesma.

COVID-19 Contingency Plan
Considering the impossibility of maintaining a presential format, this congress will automatically change to a digital format, taking place on the same dates and keeping the program as close as possible to the currently proposed.
Should this happen, the registration fees will lower and will be available soon. If you have already paid your registration, you will be reimbursed with the fees difference.

Oral and Poster Guidelines

Oral Communications

Oral Communications have a 12 minutes slot (9 minutes presentation + 3 minutes discussion).
Slides should be prepared with PowerPoint or Adobe Reader.
Official language for slides: English.
Official languages for oral exposition: English.
Speakers have to provide the presentation before the beginning of the corresponding session.

Go digital! – ePoster

The XXI SPB National Congress of Biochemistry 2020 is environmentally and economically friendly!

The Posters will be digital (ePoster).

Posters will be submitted in electronic format (details will be made available in time) and the authors will have the opportunity to make a short presentation (3 min) of their work. The ePosters will be available to view throughout the Congress in eDesks and interaction with authors and viewers will be fostered.
